Since 2002, it has been annually organized and hosted by the IEEE Electronic Packaging Society.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_182614\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-182614\" style=\"width: 750px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-182614\" src=\"http:\/\/ee.presscat.kr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/EDAPS_\uae40\ud0dc\uc218750.jpeg\" alt=\"\ud559\ud68c\uc5d0\uc11c \ubc1c\ud45c\uc911\uc778 \uae40\ud0dc\uc218 \uc11d\uc0ac\uacfc\uc815 \uc0ac\uc9c4\" width=\"750\" height=\"432\" title=\"\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-182614\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">&lt; Taesoo Kim presenting at the EDAPS &gt;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">The award-winning paper, titled &#8220;Design and Analysis of Twin Tower High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Architecture for Large Memory Capacity and High Bandwidth System,&#8221; was authored by mater&#8217;s student Taesoo Kim as the first author.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">This paper received high acclaim for its creativity, completeness and future scalability.
