The 12<sup>th<\/sup> ICT paper competition supported by Etnews, Webcash Group, and KSFC has awarded the best paper award to Ph.D candidates Hwanjin Kim (1<sup>st<\/sup> author), Sucheol Kim, Hyeongtaek Lee and the excellent paper award Ph.D candidate In-soo Kim.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 5,000,000 and 2,000,000 KW are rewarded to the best and excellent paper.<\/p>\n<p>The ICT paper competition marking its 12<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary this year evaluates and rewards various papers based on semiconductor, communications, AI, IoT and other ICT related fields.
