Who?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>1) Doctoral Students who entered the KAIST in or before 2008<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">\u00a0 &#8211; Application within three years after entrance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">\u00a0 &#8211; Doctoral Students who have not yet taken Ph.D. Qualifying Exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">\u00a0 &#8211; Doctoral Students who have registered more than two semesters taking at least three classes<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">2)\u00a0 Doctoral Students who entered the KAIST in or after 2009<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\">\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; <strong><u>Application within one and a half years after entrance<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\">\u203b Students who have transferred must pass the qualification exam of the current\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\">department within three semesters from the transferred semester.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>2.
