\u25a2 <\/b>Advisor\u2019s Opinion <\/b><\/p>\n
\u3147 Applicants should contact the advisor, and have a face-to-face or
\nnon-face-to-face interview with him\/her.<\/p>\n
\u3147 The Advisor\u2019s Opinion (application form 3) should be prepared by the advisor and submitted to the department office directly.<\/p>\n
\u25a2 <\/b>Signature of advisor\/department head <\/b><\/p>\n
\u3147 Applicants must submit the application (application form 1) to the department office after receiving the signatures of the advisor and the department head.<\/p>\n
\u25a2 <\/b>Application for Department Transfer<\/b><\/p>\n
\u3147 Complete the application form 5 including the signature of applicant and guarantor.<\/p>\n
\u3147 Applicants should have an interview with both the current and prospective advisors.<\/p>\n
\u3147 The application form should be submitted to the respective department offices
\nafter obtaining the signatures of the advisors and department heads of both the
\ncurrent department and prosepective department the applicant is applying to.<\/p>\n

C. Conditions for readmission<\/b><\/p>\n
1) Students who belong to the following categories are not eligible for readmission.<\/p>\n
– (Up to students enrolled in 2008) Those who are expelled for exceeding
\nenrollment duration limit.<\/p>\n
– (Starting from students enrolled in 2009) Those who are expelled for exceeding
\nenrollment duration limit or who are expelled or voluntarily withdraw after getting
\nenrollment duration limit extended.<\/p>\n

2) Readmission is possible after 2 semesters including the semester in which dropping
\nout or expulsion occurred.(If a student drops out or is expelled from the fall<\/p>\n
semester 2024, the student can apply for readmission to the fall semester 2025)<\/p>\n
