Diploma Distribution<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">&#8211; For ceremony attendees: Distributed on-site during the event.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">&#8211; For non-attendees: Available for collection from respective <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">departments starting Monday, Feb 24, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>5. Guidelines for Accompanying Family Member<\/strong>s<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">(1) General Guidelines<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">&#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Each graduate may bring up to 2 family members<\/span> into the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">main venue. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">(Admission tickets required)<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">\u203b Additional attendees may watch the live stream in the Auditorium (E15).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">&#8211; Food and drinks are prohibited inside the venue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">*Only sealed bottled water is permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">(2) Admission Tickets : <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">To be distributed directly to graduates <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\">during gown rental.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">(3) Admission Time : Family members are requested to be seated <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">by 13:30 to celebrate the graduate procession with applause.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">(4) Special Admission : Infants under 5 years old and Elderly <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">individuals or those with mobility difficulties will be granted on-site <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">when accompanying family members with admission tickets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">6.
