\n(2) Venue: Ryu Keun-Chul Sports Complex (N3)<\/span>
\n(3) Eligible: Aug 2024 graduates and Feb 2025 prospective graduates<\/span><\/p>\n

\n2. Instructions for Graduates<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Attendance Check and Event Instructions<\/span><\/p>\n

– Time: 12:20~12:<\/span><\/span>50<\/span> on February 14, 2025<\/span>
\n– Location: Graduates should gather at their designated locations for <\/span><\/span>attendance check and guidance before entering the main venue:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s: Chung Moon Sool Building (E16)<\/span>
\n\u00b7 Master\u2019s: Auditorium (E15)<\/span>
\n\u00b7 Ph.D: School of Humanities and Social Sciences (N4)<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) How to Attend the Ceremony<\/span><\/p>\n

– During the graduation gown rental period (Feb 17)<\/span>, <\/span>graduates <\/span>must complete the Graduation Gown Rental Form and confirm <\/span>their ceremony attendance on-site.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u203b Failure to rent a gown or confirm attendance within the rental period <\/span>may result in restrictions on attending the ceremony or receiving your <\/span>diploma on the day of the event.<\/span><\/span>
\n\u203b Even if you indicated attendance in your graduation report, you must <\/span>reconfirm during the gown rental period.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n3. Graduation Gown Rental and Return<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Rental<\/span><\/p>\n

– Period: Saturday, Feb 1 Friday, ~ <\/span><\/span>Feb 7, 2025, 10:0017:<\/span>00<\/span><\/span>
\n– Location: 1st Floor, Auditorium (E15), KAIST Main Campus<\/span>
\n– Fee: KRW 10,000 (payable via bank transfer on-site)<\/span><\/p>\n

*Requirement: A valid government-issued ID<\/span> (Passport, Student ID Acceptable) <\/span>and bank transfer confirmation<\/span>(screenshot acceptable).<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Return<\/span><\/p>\n

– Period:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Feb 14, 2025 (Fri), after the ceremony until 19:00<\/span>
\n\u00b7 Feb 15, 2025 (Sat), 10:00~17:<\/span>00<\/span><\/p>\n

\n– Location: 1st Floor, Auditorium (E15), KAIST Main Campus<\/span><\/p>\n

\n(3) Notes<\/span><\/p>\n

– For proxy gown collection, the following are required:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 Graduate\u2019s ID (copy acceptable) <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 Proxy\u2019s ID<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 Graduate\u2019s<\/span>information (student ID number, attendance status, gown size)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Gowns will not be rented outside the designated rental period.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n4. Diploma Distribution<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– For ceremony attendees: Distributed on-site during the event.<\/span>
\n– For non-attendees: Available for collection from respective <\/span>departments starting Monday, Feb 24, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n5. Guidelines for Accompanying Family Member<\/strong>s<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) General Guidelines<\/span><\/p>\n

– Each graduate may bring up to 2 family members<\/span> into the <\/span>main venue. (Admission tickets required)<\/span><\/span>
\n\u203b Additional attendees may watch the live stream in the Auditorium (E15).<\/span><\/p>\n

– Food and drinks are prohibited inside the venue.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Only sealed bottled water is permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Admission Tickets : To be distributed directly to graduates <\/span><\/span>during gown rental.<\/span>
\n(3) Admission Time : Family members are requested to be seated <\/span>by 13:30 to celebrate the graduate procession with applause.<\/span>
\n(4) Special Admission : Infants under 5 years old and Elderly <\/span>individuals or those with mobility difficulties will be granted on-site <\/span>when accompanying family members with admission tickets.<\/span><\/p>\n
