Receipt of Degree Certificate for 2023 Commencement<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Greetings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In connection with the 2023 commencement ceremony, the Student Affairs Team is providing information on the rental and return of the graduation gown and receipt of degree certificate as follows. Please complete the application within the deadline.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 1. Rental of graduation gown : Feb. 13 (Mon.) ~ Feb. 16(Thurs.), 2023, 10:00<\/span><\/span>\u223c<\/span><\/span>17:00<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 2. Return of graduation gown : By Feb. 17 (Fri.), 19:00\/ Feb. 18 (Sat.), 10:00<\/span><\/span>\u223c<\/span><\/span>17:00<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 3. Where to rent and return : Seminar Room on the 1st\u00a0floor of the Auditorium (E15)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 4 Graduatin gown rental fee\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(must be paid within the designated period)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Payment period : Feb. 13 (Mon.)\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u223c<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Feb. 16(Thurs.), 2023<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Rental fee : KRW 10,000<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Deposit account : Post office, 312512 – 01 – 000015<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(account holder : Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Items needed : Student ID (graduation number) and name of a graduate, rental fee deposit slip, ID card<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 5. Note<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 – Graduation gown rental fee must be paid in the name of the graduate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 – Wh<\/span><\/span>en collecting a graduation gown, deposit details or deposit screen must be checked.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 – Graduation gowns are not rented on the day of the commencement ceremony.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 –\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Collection of a graduate gown is available during the rental period of graduation gown; graduates who do<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0not have a degree certificate on the day of the commencement ceremony cannot receive a degree\u00a0 certificate on the stage.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u203b<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Please note that proxy collection of a graduation gown and proxy receipt of a degree certificate are\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0possible only when the ID cards of a proxy recipient\/applicant are presented.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
