<\/span> – Student Submission : Submit to the department office by Tuesday, December 15, 2015.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

– Department\/Division Review : Wednesday, December 16~Tuesday, December 29, 2015<\/span><\/font><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/font><\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span><\/font><\/span>. Conditions for Readmission<\/span><\/font><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span> – No more than 3 years from the date of dropout or expulsion <\/span>Not <\/span><\/font>including students<\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
