please visit the department office by the listed date below.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* For the students who changed or canceled any of the courses this semester, <\/span>submit the PRE-SCREEN document once again. <\/span><\/p>\n

* For the students who have not made any changes or withdrawals on any of the courses this semester,<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>just visit the department office<\/span> <\/span><\/span>to verify without the PRE-SCREEN document.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
