Undergraduate\/graduate research position<\/strong><\/p>\n

One research assistant position, funded through jointly Samsung<\/p>\n

future technology foundation and IITP AI research grant, is immediately<\/p>\n

available in the Laboratory for Brain and Machine Intelligence, led by<\/p>\n

Sang Wan Lee, at KAIST (http:\/\/aibrain.kaist.ac.kr<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Our laboratory is affiliated with<\/strong><\/p>\n

– the department of bio and brain engineering,<\/p>\n

– brain and cognitive engineering program,<\/p>\n

– KAIST Institute for Artificial Intelligence (KI AI), and<\/p>\n

– KAIST Institute for Health Science and Technology (KI HST).<\/p>\n

Research topics<\/strong><\/p>\n

– machine learning, brain-inspired AI, computational neuroscience<\/p>\n

– provide computer resources, such as a stand-alone GPU (if necessary),<\/p>\n

   a GPU server, and the 128-core InfiniBand-based high performance<\/p>\n

   computing cluster exclusively owned by our laboratory.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Basic programming skill (Matlab, Python, or similar)<\/p>\n

– Background in applied mathematics is preferred.<\/p>\n
