2. Expenses<\/p>\n
– Financial support for consulting fee and living expenses will be determined according to the guideline on utilization of invited foreign researchers.<\/p>\n
Consulting fee: within \uff04300 per day (Level-A), within \uff04250 per day (Level-B), within \uff04200 (Level-C)<\/p>\n
Accommodation: within \uff04150 per day, Meals and others: \uff0450 per day<\/p>\n
(Example) 1-day Consulting from A-level expert (staying 1 night 2 days),<\/p>\n
Consulting fee \uff04300 * 1day, Accommodation \uff04150 * 1day, Meal \uff0450 * 2days<\/p>\n

A : Professor, Senior Research Engineer (8 or higher), 10 or more years after getting a PhD<\/p>\n
B : Associate Professor, Senior Research Engineer (7 or higher), 4 or more years after getting a PhD<\/p>\n
C : Assistant Professor, Research Engineer, Immediately after getting a PhD (including a prospective graduate)<\/p>\n

3. How to Apply<\/p>\n
– Application should be made at least 2 weeks before the seminar<\/p>\n
– Decision will be made after the evaluation by the committee.<\/p>\n

– Invitation letter or records of e-mails related to invitation<\/p>\n
– Lecture(Seminar) Summary or Plan (1\u223c2 pages\/free format)<\/p>\n
An airfare receipt in case of supporting airfare (it will be transferred with the consulting fee)<\/p>\n
– A copy of bankbook (or the bank account number)_Both domestic and foreign bank accounts are available to use.<\/p>\n
