The question of how efficiently one\u2019s assets are being managed is probably one of the more frequent queries that most people with a financial life are interested in. An asset manager, who manages their client\u2019s assets and provides investment information, must have an outstanding work ethic and a sharp eye for analyzing the market. In this fall issue of the EE Newsletter, we interviewed Mr. Jae-Won Lim who used his analytic skills as an engineer to become an asset manager and later become the Head of the Vine Financial Company\u2019s (VFC) Investment Strategy Research Center.<\/p>\n

A. Hello. My name is Jae-Won Lim and I graduated KAIST from the Department of Electrical Engineering. After receiving my master\u2019s degree from KAIST, I worked at Samsung Semiconductors in the Planning and Management Team until I joined the VFC Investment Strategy Research Center, and now I work as the Center Head. Also, I recently wrote a book on asset management using compound interest named \u201972 Magical Rules of Compound Interest.\u2019<\/p>\n
