Hyoungmoon Kwon received the Best Paper Award of 2006 Summer Conference of KICS

The Korean Institute of Communication and Sciences (KICS) held the award ceremony of 2006 summer conference of KICS at Inha university on November 18, 2006.

Hyoungmoon Kwon (advisor: Professor Iickho Song), a Ph.D. student of Department of Electrical Engineering of KAIST, had the honor of receiving the best paper award.

Nearly 500 papers were in the pool for the contest,and only 2 papers were awarded after rigorous examination. (Title of paper: Constant False Alarm Rate Schemes with Receive Diversity for Code Acquisition in Homogeneous Fading Circumstances)
