The QS rankings for 2020 have been newly announced. For 2020 QS rankings in Engineering/Technology, KAIST has ranked 16th place making it the highest rank among all domestic universities. It is 10 ranks up from last year.
All 5 departments from KAIST that were enlisted in the QS rankings scored top of all domestic universities. (Electrical Engineering 17 th, Computer Science/Information 36 th, Chemical Engineering 23 th, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering 22 th)
The School of Electrical Engineering scored the highest rank of all departments in KAIST.
Our department has rose 3 steps up from last year to 17th, and Seoul National University has slightly dropped from 27th to 29th compared to last year.
